The Not so Fine Print

• Offer only applies to purchases for residential use, commercial sales (i.e. club, dungeon, hotel) are excluded.

• Refund is for the original purchase price of the product only, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Buyer must contact us between days 58 and 65 for a Return Authorization Number and shipping address.

• Product must be sent pre-paid and insured for the purchase price, to be received at our facility, no later than 20 days from return authorization being issued.

• Chairs received in good working order will be refunded the full purchase price to the original method of payment.  Repairs required to bring a damaged chair back to working condition will be deducted at cost.
